Following the border clashes between Iran and Afghanistan on Saturday, the two countries agreed on sending a joint fact-finding team to the border areas.
The conflict took place in the Makaki area of Kang district of Nimruz province between Taliban forces and Iranian border guards.
An Iranian border guard was martyred during skirmishes with the Taliban forces at the shared borders.
